System Info

Click on "System Info" to view various information of the encoder.
Only when you click on Refresh can the "CPU load" be refreshed.

Troubleshooting

Failure to start the device
Please try the following operations:
Make sure that the power socket is alive.
Correctly connect the power cable.
Turn on the power switch.
Failure to log in the web interface
Make sure that the PC and the product have been correctly connected to
the same intercommunicating network.
Make sure that the PC and the product have been assigned network
parameters, such as IP addresses, according to the requirements of the web
administrator.
Test the networking between the PC and the product with web tools and
software, ping command, for instance.
