PWR indicator will be on and the LCD panel will display "Starting..." once the power
supply is connected. After about 40 seconds, the RUNindicator will flash, indicating
completion of the startup of the encoder.
3.2

LCD Panel and State Indicators

3.2.1 LCD panel

TheLCD panel will display "Starting..." upon startup of the device.The following
information will be shown circularly after successful startup:
Device version number, encoder model, network information (IP address, subnet mask,
gateway), input signal source resolution, CBR/VBR code rate/quality level, audio
sampling rate and audio code rate.

3.2.2 State Indicators
