Overview
1.1
Brief Introduction
The HD Encoder is a special hardware device independently developed by Reach for
encoding and network transmission of HD video signals (720P/1080i/1080P) or VGA
signals with high resolution and high frame rate. It can be used with set top boxes and
player applications like VLC, QuickTime andRiPlayer and provide standard SDK to
match third party video management platforms. Adopting high-performance DSP
processing chip and embedded OS, the HD Encoder features stable and reliable
performance, high definition, low code rate and low delay, etc. It can be widely used for
occasions based on IP network transmission where it is required to collect HD video
signals and VGA signals with high resolution and high frame rate.
