6.1 8-Bit Timer/Event Counters 5 and 6 Functions

The 8-bit timer/event counters 5 and 6 (TM5 and TM6) have the following functions.
• Interval timer
• External event counter
• Square-wave output
• PWM output
(1) 8-bit interval timer
Interrupt requests are generated at the preset time intervals.
