Description
Indicate that the EDFA`s internal
case temperature is out of limits
The alarm is activated if any single
pump laser diode temperatures
exceed the set value by 2 Celsius
and control electronic automatically
shutdown pump laser diodes.
The alarm is activated if any single
pump laser temperature is higher
than the software maximum alarm
or less than the software minimum
alarm.
The alarm is activated if any single
pump laser current reaches 95% of
its End Off Life value.
The values are noted in "Active
Report Unit" document.
The signal present that that the
laser pump diodes power supply is
turned off. The amplifier don`t
amplify now.
The Temperature control power
supply stay turned on.
When active, the output power is
set to mute power according to ALS
function. (default 0dBm)
This signal isn`t alarm. This signal
only report that Laser Pump diodes
are active and optical amplifier
amplify input signal.
The input signal is lower than loss
of input alarm threshold. Alarm
threshold is settable and may be
disabled (set LI to -50.00dBm)
The output signal is lower than loss
of output alarm threshold. Alarm
threshold is settable and may be
disabled (set L0 to -50.00dBm)
