Expert mode

Administrator can change operation mode of EDFA module in this part. For
accept the change click to "Set" button.
Other parameters are for reading only and their meaning are wrote in the
column "Description".
All others parameters of expert mode adjustable in next part called "Stage X"
(picture 10).
