Set the Loss of input power Signal alarm threshold. Note that a LI event on a stage should mute
the output power stage only if ALS is enabled..
Example usage:

Set LI alarm threshold stage 1 to -25.0 dBm
Reply is:

Set LI alarm threshold stage 2 to -20.0 dBm
