maximum submount temperature of laser diode 1.

Signifying that the laser 1 has a submount temperature of 25 C.

Reports the operating set point temperature of all laser diodes.
Reply is in the form:

The range for the TEC temperature is: 15.0 C to 35.0 C.

Get the vendor/device and the software release version. The answer is in the form : vendor (8
digits), vendor's module name, amplifier version, Hardware version, software version, firmware
version, serial number (10 digits), vendor's part number (11 digits), module serial number (10
digits), date of production (DD/MM/YYYY)
