that can be accessed through your PCS 100. Your System Administrator is responsible for th
maintenance of this database and will be able to assist you with your quer

is User Guide will explain how the PCS 100 uses this database to provide directories of
telephone numbers to help you to make calls quickly and easily.
Each Dire
ctory is provided with a Search facility to assist you in quickly finding the information

ou require as follows:
Search for the first letter of the name.

The User Directory allows you to quickly and easily call a colleague without having to remember
their extension number. It also makes it easy to transfer and re-direct calls.
You can also use this directory to view information stored on the system database, for example, a
colleague's mobile or home number. These numbers can be used to place a call to, or transfer a
call to a colleague's home or mobile phone.
Making a Call via the Users Directory
Press the Users button. A list of the Users on your system will appear in
Call Status.

Select the User required by pressing the Context Sensitive Key alongside
their name.
A list of contact numbers for that User will be displayed. Up to 5 numbers –
plus voicemail - per User can be stored on the maximiser system.

Dial the required number by pressing the Context Sensitive Key alongside it.
The call will be placed automatically.
Note. The contact numbers that can be stored for each User are as follows;

Mobile (Line 2)
Home (Line 3)
Spare 1 (Line 4)

pad to find the entry you require.
