Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Transfer.
Call Pick up
Any entry within your Favourites that has been created for an internal User or Department can
be used to pick up a call ringing on that extension - indicated by a bell icon being shown
alongside the User or Department name. This is useful if, for example, you wish to answer your
colleague's phone when they are not at their desk, or handle calls on behalf of another
Department. The number in the brackets indicates the number of calls queuing for that User or
Department.
Use the Page Up/Down buttons to find the required Speed Dial
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside the relevant Speed Dial to pick up
