Dial the User's extension number.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside
Voicemail
Replace your handset, or press the Speaker button.
Alternatively,
Press the Users button.

Select the directory entry required by pressing the Context Sensitive Key
alongside the name.

Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Voicemail. The call will be
automatically transferred to the User's voicemail. You will no longer have
control of the call.

l (internal or external or conference call) you can record the conversation. The

sulting recording will become a new voicemail message and can be accessed in the usual way.
During a call press the either the Page Up or Page D

Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Record. Your conversation will
be recorded.
