Dial the User's extension number.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside
Voicemail
Replace your handset, or press the Speaker button.

alongside the name.
Voicem ail Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Voicemail. The call will be
automatically transferred to the User's voicemail. You will no longer have
control of the call.

During any cal l (internal or external or conference call) you can record the conversation. The
re sulting recording will become a new voicemail message and can be accessed in the usual way.
