Making an Internal Call to a Department
Dial the extension number of the Department required using the key pad
Alternatively,
Lift the handset or press the Speaker button. You will hear dial tone.
Dial the extension number of the Department required using the key pad.

Press the Departments button. A list of the Departments on your system
will appear.

Sales Select the Department required by pressing the Context Sensitive Key
alongside its name.
