Forwarding a Message to a Colleague
Press the Messages button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message to be forwarded by pressing the Context Sensitive Key

Forward
alongside Forward.
Enter the extension number that the message is to be forwarded to using the
telephone keypad. This will appear under Forward To.
Add Number If you want to forward the voicemail to another person press the Context
Sensitive
numbers using the telephone keypad. Repeat this step until you have
entered all the extension numbers of the intended recipients.
Clear If you make a mistake when entering a number press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside Clear
When you have entered all the extension numbers of all the intended

voicemail.
