Voicemail

Voicemail is not received at the extension you called.
Probable Cause
The extension's voicemail
memory is full.
Extension is unplugged.
Your Deskset does not receive voicemail.
Probable Cause
Calls are not being directed
to voicemail.
Voicemail memory is full.
Incomplete voicemail messages.
Probable Cause
Recording interrupted by
time-out or full memory.
Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Delete messages.
Plug in the extension.
Corrective Action
Ask the system administrator to check the Phone
Line Call Forward–No Answer settings or the
Intercom Call Forward–No Answer settings.
Delete messages.
Corrective Action
If a caller leaves a very long message, part of it
may be lost when the Deskset disconnects the
call after two minutes.
If an outside caller pauses for longer than six
seconds, the Deskset stops recording and
disconnects the call.
If the Deskset's memory becomes full during a
message, the Deskset stops recording and
disconnects the call.
If the caller's voice is very soft, the Deskset may
stop recording and disconnect the call.
