Edit a directory entry

Search for the desired entry in the directory (see Review and dial from the

directory or Alphabetical search on page 16).

When the desired entry appears, press
Edit number and the stored number.
If the number has more than 11 digits, the screen only
displays the stored number.
3.
Use the dialing keys to edit the number.
Press
MUTE
Press and hold
CID or
Press
Press and hold
/SELECT to move to the name. The screen

MENU
displays Edit name and then the stored name.

Use the dialing keys to enter the name (up to
15 characters). Additional key presses show other
characters of that particular key.

/SELECT to confirm. The screen displays Saved and then you

hear a confirmation tone.

Delete a directory entry

Search for the desired entry in the directory (see Review

The screen displays Delete Contact? and the number.
/SELECT to confirm. The screen displays

Deleting . . . and then Contact deleted. You hear a
confirmation tone.
/DELETE to backspace and erase a digit.
/DELETE to erase the entire entry.

to move the cursor to the left or right.
/PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (a P appears).
REDIAL
/DELETE to backspace and erase
/DELETE to erase the entire entry.
MUTE
to move the cursor to the left
/SELECT. The screen displays
