Add a directory entry

1. Enter the number when the handset is not in use and press
then go to step 3.
-OR-
When the handset is not in use, press MENU/
then scroll to Directory and press MENU/
2. When the screen displays Enter number:
Use the dialing keys to enter the number.
• Press
MUTE
• Press and hold
entire entry.
CID or
• Press
or right.
• Press and hold
pause (a P appears).
-OR-
Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL/
CID,

/SELECT to copy the number.

3. Press /SELECT to move to the name. The screen

displays Enter name.
4. Use the dialing keys to enter the name (up to
15 characters). Additional key presses show other
characters of that particular key.
