Smart 16 IP supports PS/2 type keyboards and mice and HD 15 video output. See
the pin assignments in Appendix A.
Smart 16 IP automatically detects the current video mode of the console, however
manual tuning is recommended to get the best video quality. This results in a screen
resolution of 1600x1200 dots with a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
