The functions of this machine that can be used when printing can be speci-
fied on the Print dialog box or the Page Setup dialog box.
The settings can only be applied while using the application. When the ap-
plication is exited, the settings return to the default settings.
To display the Print dialog box
Open the data in the application, click "File", and then click "Print".
To display the Page Setup dialog box
Open the data in the application, click "File", and then click "Page Setup" or
"Paper Setup".
For the settings that can be specified with each printer driver, refer to the fol-
lowing:
- OS X: "Setting up the PPD driver (Mac OS X)" on page 3-96
- OS 9.2: "Setting up the PPD driver (Mac OS 9.2)" on page 3-80
Note
The contents of the Print dialog box and the Page Setup dialog box may
differ.
Depending on the application, the Page Setup dialog box can be dis-
played by selecting "Paper Setup", then "Options" from the "File" menu.
