Slide-in-Module Media Converter

The SSRFB10xx-100, 2-port Ethernet/Fast
Ethernet bridging media converter is designed to be
installed in a Transition Networks PointSystem™
chassis. This converter connects 10Base-T Ethernet
or 100Base-TX Fast Ethernet twisted-pair copper
network converters to network converters on a 100Base-FX Fast Ethernet fiber network.
The SSRFB includes a status reporting feature for viewing operational parameters only
from its remotely attached SSRFB converter via the fiber connection.
