Enter "program selection" mode

To use the treadmill in the manual mode (user controls the speed and incline settings
throughout the workout) please see the Quick Start instructions on page 10.
P2 to P5 are incline programs - meaning the incline will adjust automatically
throughout the workout and the user is free to adjust the speed.
P6 to P8 are speed programs - meaning the speed will adjust automatically
throughout the workout and the user is free to adjust the incline.

Make sure the treadmill is plugged in, switched on, and the safety key is in
position.

Press "ENTER".

Use the "+ / -" buttons to choose your program (P2 to P8).
4.
Press "ENTER".
5.
Press the speed "+ / -" buttons to set the speed for the program.
6.
Press "ENTER".
7.
Use the speed "+ / -" buttons to set your workout time.
8.
Press "ENTER" to confirm.
9.
Press "START" to begin your workout.
note: if you don't want to enter a maximum speed or workout time you can begin
your workout by pressing "start" as soon as you have confirmed your program
selection.
note: You can change the speed at any point during the workout, but once the
program moves on to the next segment it will revert to the pre-set speed of the
program.

Selects the feedback mode visible in
each window (time - incline - pulse -
speed - distance - calories)
Stops the running mat and pauses
your workout.
Increase or decrease the speed, press
and hold for rapid speed change.
Increase or decrease the incline, press
and hold for rapid incline change.
Immediately takes you to the
corresponding speed.
Immediately takes you to the
corresponding incline.
