Set GPS

SCS is set the GPS data, when GPS data is non valid or breakdown.
A. Input the latitude and longitude.
B. If change the 'North' or 'South' and 'East' or 'West', click the ' North' or
'South' and 'East' or 'West'
C. Click the 'Set GPS'
NOTE: If click the 'Cur Value', current GPS data is displayed in GSP panel.
