Hi, I have a Ness D24 alarm system and have a faulty zone. I can temporarily exclude this zone but want to permanently remove this zone from this alarm. Do you know how I can do this? Thank you, Simon

You cannot permanently remove a faulty zone using the user-level exclude function. Zone exclusion is temporary and resets when the panel is disarmed. To permanently remove a zone, programming changes must be made in the system's configuration, which typically requires installer access.
