11. Guarantee

The guarantee period for these product is 12 months and covers material and
manufacturing defects, from 2002. Excluded are wearing parts and parts/assem-
blies that are subject to normal wear and damage resulting from over-stressing,
improper handling, damage through use of force or improper/unauthorised modi-
fication/repair.
Please contact your dealer where you purchased the product in the event of a
guarantee claim.
For product liability reasons, repair and maintenance work may only be carried out
by an authorised dealer and only original–ORTOPEDIA–spare parts may be used for
such repair/maintenance.
The products are subject to technical improvement and design modification.
