Tyres:
A difference in tyre pressure between
the wheels on one axle causes the vehi-
cle to pull to one side and makes straight-
on driving difficult. A too low tyre pres-
sure increases the rolling resistance and
more energy is drawn from the batter-
ies for the propulsion of the electric
wheelchair. Always inflate the tyres to
the max. permitted tyre pressure but
never exceed the max. permitted tyre
pressure. but never exceed the max.
permitted tyre pressure.
Check the tyre pressure regularly:
– see the technical data for the tyre
pressure.
– Always protect the tyre valves against
dust with the valve caps.
– Tread/condition: worn tread impairs
the driving behaviour.
– Tyre change: always change the tyres
of an axle in pairs.

workshop for any necessary repair work.
It is competent to carry out the repair
work and usually has trained personnel.

have any questions or need help. An
authorised dealer has been trained by
us in our factory according to our guide-
lines and can give advice and carry out
maintenance, servicing and repairs. We
have a large network of dealers and this
ensures a good customer service.

7.4 Spare parts

Spare parts can only be ordered from
authorised dealers. Use only original
spare parts for repairs!
You must state the serial number (Fz-I-
Nr.) of the wheelchair when ordering
spare parts in order to ensure that the
correct spare part is supplied! You will
find this on the type plate.
Whenever a wheelchair change/modi-
fication is carried out by the dealer, the
supplementary information, e.g. assem-
bly/operating instructions must be at-
tached to the operating manual for the
wheelchair, the date of the modification
must be recorded and stated when or-
dering spare parts.
This prevents the use of incorrect order-
ing information when spare parts are
ordered.
