Guarantee

The guarantee period for this product is twelve months with the following excep-
tion, from 2002:
frame = 4-year guarantee
electronics and drive = 2-year guarantee
batteries= six-month guarantee.
The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Excluded are wearing
parts and parts/assemblies that are subject to normal wear and damage resulting
from over-stressing, improper handling, damage through use of force or improp-
er/unauthorised modification/repair.
Please contact your dealer where you purchased the product in the event of a
guarantee claim.
For product liability reasons, repair and maintenance work may only be carried out
by an authorised dealer and only original–ORTOPEDIA–spare parts may be used for
such repair/maintenance.
The products are subject to technical improvement and design modification.
