6.3 Repairs
Consult your repair centre for repairs
and servicing. Personnel there are well
trained to carry out the work required.
6.4 Customer service
Should you have any questions or require
assistance, please consult your ORTOPE-
DIA dealer, who has been trained at our
factory in accordance with our guide-
lines and can give advice as well as car-
ry out servicing and repairs.

6.5 Spare parts
Spare parts can only be ordered from
dealers. In the event of repairs, use only
original ORTOPEDIA spare parts!
You must state the serial number (Fz-I-
Nr.) of the wheelchair when ordering
spare parts in order to ensure that the
correct spare part is supplied! You will
find this on the type plate.
Whenever a wheelchair change/modi-
fication is carried out by the dealer, the
supplementary information, e.g. assem-
bly/operating instructions must be at-
tached to the operating manual for the
wheelchair, the date of the modification
must be recorded and stated when or-
dering spare parts.
This prevents the use of incorrect order-
ing information when spare parts are
ordered.
6.6 Disposal
The vehicle packing material can be dis-
posed of as recyclable material. The
metal parts can be disposed of as recy-
clable scrap metal.
The plastic parts can be disposed of as
recyclable plastic.
The disposal must occur in accordance
with the respective national regulations.
Please enquire about local disposal ar-
rangements at your municipal author-
ity.
