ASSEMBLY PACK CHECK LIST (S73 /S77)
(3 pcs) M3 x 18 m/m Self Tapping Screw
(12 pcs) 5/16" x 1/2" Button Head Socket Screw
(4 pcs) 5/16" x 3/4" Button Head Socket Screw
(1 pc) Safety Key
(1 pc) Belt / Deck Lubricant
(1 pc) Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver
(1 pc) M6 Allen Wrench
Assembly (S73 / S77)
¡ ½ STEP 1
Remove all parts from the carton.
¡ ½ STEP 2
Connect Computer Cable (Lower) with Computer Cable (Middle).
¡ ½ STEP 3
Hand tighten Right and Left Uprights into the Frame Base with 8 pcs of 5/16" x 1/2"
Button Head Socket Screws, by using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver.
¡ ½ STEP 4
Install the Upright Support onto the Left and Right Uprights with 4 pcs of 5/16" x 3/4"
Button Head Socket Screws, by using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver.
¡ ½ STEP 5
Connect Computer Cable (Middle) with Computer cable (Upper).
Connect Speed Adjustment Switch W/Cable with Speed Cable (Upper).
And Connect Incline Adjustment Switch W/Cable with Incline Cable (Upper).
¡ ½ STEP 6
Install the Console Support into the Right and Left Handrails with 4 pcs of 5/16" x 1/2"
Button Hand Socket Screws, by using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver.
¡ ½ STEP 7
Connect the Computer Cable of Fan Assembly with Console.
Install the Fan Assembly onto Console with 3 pcs of M3 x 18 m/m Self Tapping Screws
by the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver.
PLEASE LOCK DOWN ALL HARDWARE AFTER THE ACCESSSORIES HAVE
