  • Page 16 OPERATION QUICK-START Attach the Safety Key to wake display up (if not already on). Press the Start key to begin belt movement then adjust to the desired speed using the Fast / Slow keys (console or handgrip).You may also use the Quick speed keys 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 to adjust the speed.

    Normally the transmitter will be oriented so the SOLE logo is right side up. The antenna that picks up your heart rate is very sensitive. If there is an outside noise source, turning whole machine 90 degrees may de-tune the interference.
