The video cable included in your package and the socket illustrations on the right may vary depending on
the LCD model.
If there is more than one video transmission method available to you, you might want to take the picture
quality of each video cable into consideration before making the connection.
- Best quality: HDMI / DVI-D
- Better quality: D-Sub
- Good quality: Component
3. Connect the audio cable.
To Input Audio Signals
Connect the provided audio cable between the socket on
the rear of the monitor (Line In) and your computer
audio outlet.
If the video source is Component, connect the
corresponding audio output of your output device to the
AUDIO input terminals (L/R) on the monitor using the
RCA (L/R) audio cable. The plugs used for audio
transmission are in white and red. Make sure that the
colors of the Audio plugs and the terminals match when
making the connection.
Connect the other end of the Audio cable to the Audio
ports of the video output device.

To Output Audio Signals
You are provided with the following options to output
audio from the monitor:
You may connect headphones to the headphone jack

found on the back side of the monitor. See picture on the
right.
If you prefer using external speakers, please also use

another audio cable (usually supplied with the speakers)
to connect the monitor (Line Out) to the input/Line In
jack of the speaker.
