    Disassembly process 1) Remove the base Place the monitor face down on a smooth surface, use your fingers to release the screw located at the bottom of the base. Remove the stand 2.1 Release screws located on the back cover first. 2.2 Use the hand to slide downward the stand and remove it.
  • Page 4 Remove the back cover 3.1 Release the screws first. 3.2 Use the tool (as below picture) to open all the latches slowly and carefully from one of opening hole designed on the top sides of back cover. 3.3 Open the back cover and disconnect the cable to remove the back cove completely.
  • Page 5 Remove the main frame and frame and hinge bkt from the panel. 4.1 Tear out all the tapes. 4.2 Release the screws located on the top of main frame and disconnect all the cables to remove the main frame. 4.3 Release the screws to remove the hinge bkt.
  • Page 6 Remove the board from the main frame 5.1 Turn over the main frame, remove mylar and release all the screws first. 5.2 Release all the screws to separate the board from main frame. Remove bezel from panel Carefully pull down the bezel. Now, the panel is totally separated from bezel.
  • Page 7 Disassemble the sensor board and key board from bezel. 7.1 Remove the sensor boards Take out the cover first, then release the screws on the top of board. Turn over the sensor board assembly, and release screws and disconnect the cables. Now, the sensor boards and cables are totally separated from sensor cover.
  • Page 8 7.2 Remove the key board, press the key button to take the board out of bezel. Pull out speakers from back cover directly.
  • Page 9 Assembly: 1.Prepare main board and main frame. 2.Place the board to main frame in the place by tightening the screws to fasten it. 3.Assemble the sensor board to the bottom center of bezel as above reverse steps. 4.Assemble the key board to the bezel as above reverse steps.
  • Page 10 5.Place the assembled bezel to the panel 6.Fix the hinge bkt to the panel with tightening the screws. 7.Put the assembled main frame to the panel, and connect all the cables and attach the tapes to fix it.
  • Page 11 8.Assemble the speakers to the back cover. 9.Return back the cover to the panel and tighten all the screws.
  • Page 12 Put the sensor cover in the place. 11.Slide the stand to the monitor until it clicks into position. 12.Assemble the base to the stand by tightening the thumbscrew to fix it.
