Upgrading over the
Network using FTP

To upgrade over the network using FTP, you will need the following:
The file with the new print server software. The name of this file
is in the form product.version, e.g.
release 5.24. You may use any of the aforementioned methods to
obtain the new file.
The AXIS PrintPoint 140 BJC must also be installed on the net-
work with TCP/IP as described in Basic Set Up for TCP/IP, on
page 22.
Follow the procedures below to upgrade the AXIS PrintPoint 140
BJC:
1. Log in to the AXIS PrintPoint 140 BJC with the command
ftp <host name>

2. You will be prompted for user id and password. Use the user id
