Follow the step-by-step procedure below to use the DHCP method:

1. Edit or create a scope in the DHCP manager of the DHCP

daemon. The entries included into this scope should include the

following:

range of IP addresses

subnet mask

lease duration

•

default router IP address

2. Activate the scope.

3. Enable DHCP in the configuration file of the AXIS PrintPoint

140 BJC using AXIS NetPilot™ or any other preferred method.
