Description
There is an error in the down-
loaded font(s).
Insufficient memory or memo-
ry settings for the printer driv-
er may not match memory
actually installed.
Duplex printing has been can-
celled.
An error has occurred in the
Ethernet board.
Hard disk drive capacity ex-
ceeded storing to the docu-
ment server.
The maximum number of files
stored in the document server
has been exceeded.
The maximum number of pag-
es stored in the document
server has been exceeded.
The maximum number of
stored files has been exceeded
during Sample Print or
Locked Print.
The maximum number of
stored pages has been exceed-

Solution
Reset the parameter for down-
loading fonts.
Specify correct memory capac-
ity in the [Change Accessories...]
option in the RPCS™ printer
driver's print settings tab.
To print the image correctly,
increase memory capacity, or
reduce resolution image.
Confirm that the paper used is
suitable for duplex printing.
Or, increase memory capacity.
When adding a memory mod-
ule to the machine, contact
your sales or service represen-
tative.
Turn off the main power
switch, and on. If the message
appears again, contact your
sales or service representative.
Delete files stored in the docu-
ment server or decrease the
file size to be downloaded.
Delete files stored in the docu-
ment server.
Delete pages stored in the doc-
ument server or decrease the
number of pages to be down-
loaded.
Delete stored files or reduce
file sizes.
Reduce the number of pages
to be printed.
Increase memory capacity.
When adding a memory mod-
ule to the machine, contact
your sales or service represen-
tative.
Wait until the other function
has finished using the finisher.
