The telephone company may make changes in their facilities, equipment, operations, or procedures that
could affect the operation of the equipment. If they do, they will notify you in advance so you can make the
modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
This equipment may not be used on coin service provided by the telephone company. Connection to party
line service is subject to state tariffs. Contact the state public utility commission, public service commission,
or corporation commission for information.
If you experience trouble with this equipment, please contact the company that installed the equipment for
service and repair information. If the equipment is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company may ask you to disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved.
