3. Type in the Incoming port range.
4. Type in the Destination IP address, which in this example is the IP address
of the mail server: 192.168.0.100.
5. Type in the Destination port range.
6. Repeat step 3 to step 5 to set up port forwarding to additional servers.
7. In the Active column, select which ports should have port forwarding
activated.
8. Click Apply.
You can now access the mail server from the Internet, using the public IP
address of the terminal.
If you do not know the IP address, you can look it up in the DASHBOARD of the
web interface under ONGOING DATA SESSIONS.
Enabling PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet)
What is PPPoE
By using PPPoE, users can virtually "dial" from one machine to another over
an Ethernet network, establish a point to point connection between them and
then securely transport data packets over the connection.
On the equipment connected to the TracPhone terminal you must enter a few
settings for your PPPoE connection. For example you need to set up which
service to use and possibly a user name and password. For details, refer to
Using PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) on page 67 and to the
documentation for your connected equipment.
On the TracPhone terminal you must enable PPPoE before you can establish a
PPPoE connection. Refer to the next section.
