TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The COM port used for the JLIP connector is not
selected, or the COM port is selected but the
connection is wrong.
Check the connected COM port and select it on the
"Serial Port Selection" screen (
Power is not supplied or the connection is wrong.
Connect the devices correctly and turn them on
( pg. 14, 15).
Device is not turned on or cable is disconnected.

If device was turned off and on again during
