SUB–123 OWNER'S MANUAL
REPEAT CYCLE TIMER, How to Replace: (AUTOMIST units only)
MAKE SURE ALL POWER TO THE UNIT IS OFF. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE
SEVERE EQUIPMENT DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY!

A. Remove the Control Panel from the face of the unit to expose the Repeat Cycle Timer [83] and its
wiring connections. The Repeat Cycle Timer is located just to the right of the Proofer Temperature
Control Circuit Board [9].
B.
Label and disconnect all wiring to the Repeat Cycle Timer.
C.
Remove the mounting screw in the center of the Timer, and remove the Timer from the mounting
panel.
D. Position the replacement Repeat Cycle Timer on the mounting panel and fasten it in place with the
screw.
E.
Reconnect all electrical wiring as labeled. All connections must be clean and tight.
F.
Replace the Control Panel on the face of the unit, being careful not to pull or pinch any wires while
replacing the panel.
G. Restore electrical power to the unit and test the replacement Repeat cycle Timer for proper
operation.
WATER SOLENOID VALVE, How to Replace: (AUTOMIST units only)
MAKE SURE ALL POWER TO THE UNIT IS OFF. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE
SEVERE EQUIPMENT DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY!
A. Locate and turn OFF the main water supply to the SUB-123.
B.
Remove the Side Access Panel [74] on the left side of your unit to expose the Water Solenoid Valve
[84] and its plumbing and wiring connections. The red, green and brass Valve is attached to the
base of the unit.
C.
Label and disconnect all wiring to the Water Solenoid Valve.
D. Loosen and remove the copper tubing connections to the Solenoid Valve body.
NOTE: Place a towel or other absorbent material under the Solenoid Valve to catch any water that
may drain from the disconnected tubing and Valve. Protect all electrical components that may be in
the work area.
E.
Remove the mounting screws, and remove the defective Valve from the unit.
IMPORTANT: Make note of the water flow direction before removing the Valve from the unit.
