The Kodak Picture Saver Scanning System PS50 creates an error log
file in the scan output folder (c:/Scanned_Pictures):
• Error log — PS50ErrorLog.txt contains a running list of any error
conditions and may be used to diagnose problems with the system.
1. Visit www.Kodak.com/go/disupport to obtain the most current phone
number for your country.
2. When calling, please have the following information ready:
• A description of your problem.
• The scanner serial number.
• Computer configuration.
• Software application you are using.
