Limitation
Standard Memory Transmission is used in-
stead of Parallel Memory Transmission in the
following cases.
•
When the line is busy and could not be
connected to
•
With Send Later
•
When you store an original for Memory
Transmission while another communica-
tion is in progress
•
When two or more destinations are speci-
fied
•
When you send only an Auto Document
•
When the first page of an original is placed
on the exposure glass
•
When you send messages stored in the
Document Server
If the { { { { Clear/Stop} } } } key is pressed, an original is
jammed or memory runs out during Parallel
Memory Transmission stops. The Transmis-
sion Result Report is printed and files are de-
leted.
When Parallel Memory Transmission is used,
the total number of originals in "Fax Header
Print" is not automatically printed.

Checking the Transmission Result
• Turn the Transmission Result Report on if
you want a report to be printed after every
successful transmission.

If you leave the Transmission Result Report
off, the report will not be printed after every
transmission. However, should a transmission
fail, a Communication Failure Report will be
printed instead.

examining the Journal.
