    Administrator overview Technical Key Operator (TKO) The Technical Key Operator (TKO) is a person who is certified by Xerox to carry out and perform certain maintenance activities that are normally performed by a customer service engineer (CSE). In order to become a TKO for your machine, you must complete the mandatory Xerox Productivity Plus (XPP) program.

With the Full Width Array, thare are internal color calibration strips (or tiles) used as reference for known colors of a test pattern.
