11�2�5 I cannot seem to get a cellular WAN connection
Click on the "Internet Settings" menu followed by "WWAN (3G)" and then the "Connection" menu item on the right and check that
the APN is correct.
Also check that the username and password credentials are correct if the APN in use requires these.
Make sure that Auto Connect is enabled..
11�2�6 I have set the Band but now it does not show the correct Frequency on the Status page and I cannot get a
connection
If this happens you must reboot the router.
11�2�7 The SIM status indicates "SIM removed" on the status page
If a SIM was installed correctly this may indicate that the SIM has been removed or inserted whilst the unit is powered up. In this case you
must reboot the unit.
To reboot the router, click on the "System" menu followed by "Reboot". Clicking the reboot button on this page will reboot the router.
11�2�8 I am having problems getting a PPTP connection�
Check the routes on the "Routing" configuration page (This facility is available by clicking on the "Internet Settings" menu followed by
"Routing" and then the "Static Route" menu item on the right.)
There should be 5 routes shown.
One route for interface eth0.
Two routes for interface ppp0.
Two routes for interface ppp1.
If there are not 5 routes, it is possible the one of the following conditions exist:
PPTP is not enabled.
The credentials on the PPTP Configuration page are incorrect (IP address / Username / Password).
If you see the message: "The synchronous PPTP option is not activated" or "CHAP Authentication Failure", then the credentials are
incorrect.
