


Enter your extension number as your mailbox number

Then enter your security code when prompted

Proceed as normal.

RETRIEVE SENDERS NAME AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dial 13100 or press

Enter your security code

Press 1 to listen to message

Press 0 (not prompted) after listening to message

Press 0 again

The sender information including time, date and caller ID (internal only) will be given
If external call, CallXpress will tell you
