1. Classical nuts
Ingredients
Flour
Sugar
Butter
Margarine
Egg
Leaven (baking powder)
Whip the eggs up adding margarine and sugar. Stir carefully.
Separately mix baking powder and flour.
Carefully stir all ingredients together.
2. Sweet nuts
Ingredients
Flour
Sugar
Butter
Margarine
Sour cream
Egg
Eggwhite
Leaven (baking powder)
Vanilla sugar powder
Stir margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and one egg. Add sour cream
and mix with care.
Separately whip 2 eggwhites and add into the mixture.
Separately mix baking powder and flour.
Carefully stir all ingredients.
Fill the baked nut halves with boiled sweet condensed milk
or other sweet fillers.
Stick together the filled nut halves.
