When the T.O.R.S. is activated, the warning light 4

and self-diagnosis warning indicator 5 will flash and
the two-digit code "84" 6 will flash in the clock dis-
play.
G The T.O.R.S. monitors the condition of the throttle
position sensor, speedometer assembly, and speed
sensor, and will operate if any of the monitored items
is disconnected or malfunctioning.
