So a phonebook file could look like this:

When the phonebook file is imported into the phonebook, extension numbers within
your own system, numbers in your local area and in your own country are identified
and adapted as necessary. For this, the numbers in the phonebook file must be in
standard format (e.g. +49 (7031) 730090).
You need to enter your own connection data beforehand by way of the IP Phone's
configuration applet ("Phone/Config" hyperlink) or directly on the phone.
When loaded, these "Location" data are displayed once again as a check:
Country Code
Area Code
National Trunk Prefix
International Trunk
Prefix
Ext. Prefix
Subscriber
Number(s)
Browser administration interface
Your country code, e.g. 49 for Germany.
Your area code, without leading zeroes, e.g. 30 for Berlin.
Prefix for dialling a local area code (in Germany 0).
International access code prefixing a country code (in
Germany 00).
Prefix to seize an external line (when connected to a PABX,
in Germany usually 0).
Your own numbers. Numbers beginning in this way are
classified as your own extensions and are dialled internally
(when connected to a PABX). Enter your full number in
standard format (e.g. +49703173009). Multiple
subscriber numbers are separated by commas.
