2.3 Control panel

Electromechanical minute minder timer
knob (1)
In order to use the minute minder timer, the
buzzer must be set by turning the knob
clockwise. The numbers correspond to
minutes (maximum 55 minutes). Adjustment
is progressive and intermediate positions
between the figures can be used. The end
of cooking buzzer does not interrupt oven
operations.
Function knob (2)
The light function (

The fan-assisted function (
if the lower burner of the gas oven is lit. The
fan-assisted function turns on when the oven
temperature reaches approximately 120-
130°C.
Fan indicator light (3)
Turns on when the fan-assisted function is
operating.
Oven/gas grill knob (4)

upper gas grill. The cooking temperature is
selected by turning the knob anti-clockwise
to the required setting, between MIN and

Shelves
The appliance features shelves for

The fan cools the appliance and comes into
operation during cooking. The fan causes a
steady outflow of air that exits from the rear
of the appliance and which may continue
for a brief period of time even after the
appliance has been turned off.
