Specifying printer driver settings

Account Track: Register the department name and password when

account track settings have been applied on this machine and

when this check box is selected.

Printing is not possible if a print job is sent using an account name or

password that is not registered with the account track settings of the

machine or if a job is sent without the "Account Track" check box

Even a registered account cannot print if it is not given printing

permissions.
