Why can't I select a program button?

% If a recipient has already been specified, for example, with a one-
touch dial button or by directly entering the fax number, a program
button cannot be selected. Select the program, and then specify re-
cipients using one-touch dial buttons or by directly entering the fax
number.

Place the original on the machine.

Press [Start].

The Dest. tab of the Check Job De-
tails screen appears so that the se-
lected destinations can be checked.
Press [Enter].
Scanning of the document begins,
and then the document is sent.
If a transmission time was specified,
the document is saved in the memo-
ry and is sent at the specified time.
Note
To stop the transmission, press the [Stop] key. For details, refer to "Stop-
ping the transmission" on page 3-33.
