  • Page 29 Features Scan to E-Mail The Scan to E-Mail operation is used to send images scanned on this chine as e-mail attachments. By registering a destination with a one-to dial button, paper documents can be sent by e-mail simply by touchin button in the One-Touch screen.
  • Page 30 The Scan to FTP operation is used to upload the scanned data of an origina document to an FTP sever on a network. By registering a destination with one-touch dial button, paper documents can be converted into data and up loaded simply by touching a button in the One-Touch screen.

    Setup Connecting to a LAN This machine communicates with the TCP/IP protocol using a LAN. Th fore, a LAN cable must be connected.
