Faxing
Document data saved in a box from Fax mode can be faxed. The data can
easily be faxed by simply saving the data and registering a destination with
this machine instead of by loading the document each time.
Methods for specifying the destination
Select one of the four destination-specifying methods according to the de-
sired transmission purpose and use.
Destinations can be specified using any combination of these methods.

Faxing a document from a public user box/personal user box
Description
Multiple preset transmission types are pro-
grammed with this method.
Multiple destinations can be registered with
this method. This is convenient when doc-
uments are always sent to the same desti-
nations.
Select different destinations from those
registered in the address book.
With this method, the fax numbers of desti-
nations are entered directly from the control
panel.
Description
Shows the destination number and number of destinations.
Select the desired method for specifying the destination.
Shows various information, such as the name and date and
time that the document to be sent was registered.
Specify the various settings for the transmission system.
